Barre Pilates/Yoga Fusion

This Barre class is a hybrid workout combining elements of Pilates, Yoga and classic Ballet-inspired moves such as Pliés and Relevés.  The Barre is used as a prop to balance while doing exercises that focus on isometric strength training (holding your body still while you contract a specific set of muscles) combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements."  To challenge and strengthen your core small props are added including, handheld weights, dyna-bands, loop bands and small stability balls.  Great for all levels.
