After enjoying Janet's Yoga classes so much, I decided to give her Pilates class a try. I quickly realized that Pilates looks deceptively easy, but that I had much work to do on my balance and core. With Janet's guidance I learned so much about my body. She keeps an eye on everyone, making sure we are doing the exercises correctly, to be injury-free. I see such a difference in my core strength. I absolutely love Janet's Pilates class, and the community of supportive women that she has built.
