I recently moved to Bobcaygeon and I was desperately missing my yoga studio until I found Janet. What a pleasant surprise! Whether Yoga or Pilates, her classes are very energizing. She teaches basic/intermediate poses, focusing on correct form and alignment, while allowing each one of us to focus on our own practice. All this in a calm and serene environment.
